Knowledge is NOT politically neutral. The scientific method is a tool for deriving knowledge. So why then, are we telling the arbiters of the scientific method and developers of knowledge to be politically neutral? Are scientists supposed to forsake knowledge for politics sake?

There should really be a stock exchnange for ideas. Many new scientists hold on to theirs as if they were gold, thinking others want to steal them. Some do, but they are often irrelevant. Good scientists are more inclined to give away their ideas for free. Or even pay to get them out their heads!

Tbh, *how* we get the answers is often far more important. And also *how we ask the questions* and which ones we ask. Answers are almost always secondary to both. If you don't do the first two well, you don't get the right or relevant answers. It's really that simple.
