In case you don't appreciate why more of the people who want more climate action need to start speaking up more loudly about what they want, take a gander at this map of the counties in the USA that are restricting deployment of renewable energy.

The solar ROMO index assigns values only to counties with SOLAR restrictions in place. Counties with low values have fewer restrictions on renewable
energy and positive socioeconomic or energy burden conditions. Counties with high values have higher numbers of local restrictions on renewable energy in
communities facing tough socioeconomic challenges and high energy burdens (how much of a household's income is spent on energy).
