Calling data centres "National Critical Infrastructure" means water companies can't restrict their water use, even during a national drought. A single large data centre consumes as much water per day as nearly 9,000 households. Why are we expected to ration our water while they get a free pass?

Contemplating the fact that I now have a routine for dealing with a heatwave. Let as much cold air in as possible in the morning, then cover windows on the outside. All developed this year. Yet the new PM has not yet said anything. This is climate chaos and is an emergency.
