I'm kind of using Evanescence's "Broken Pieces Shine" as my anthem for Book 3 in my LWF trilogy, but I feel like I could also build a story centered more directly around it. Probably involving a character battling a more physically monstrous manifestation of anxiety. #HorrorWritersChat

#HorrorWritersChat Funnily enough, Sabled Suns Signals albums have inspired my space horror idea. The old trope of being alone in space, but as a janitor on a terraforming ship where the crew have been taken over by an alien force and they take orders from the surviving security team.

Whether it be me listening to it to dredge up emotion or perhaps the song itself is a feature. Sometimes the title of a song is what inspired the tale. Several of my stories feature music, sometimes inspired by Ghost, Hall&Oates, The Ramones, Pantera, or Slayer. #HorrorWritersChat
