Just a reminder Jim Ratcliffe can't stand for Reform or Restore. Because he claims to live in Monaco and therefore cannot be an MP. He doesn't pay any tax either, so I don't know why he is moaning about UK spending. Maybe he should pay some tax or actually fck off to Monaco.
