perhaps the number one thing I miss about being a case manager is writing bi-weekly notes to everyone I worked with just to say hello and tell them I was thinking about them. True care and gentleness are such powerful forces.

After Ra’Lasia was murdered I reached out to multiple city council members, @repilhan.bsky.social, and the office for missing and murdered black women and girls. Comrades reached out to the city and the mayor- it wasn’t until today that any of them said anything about it.
