I came home from a youthwork training conference Sunday evening and woke up on Monday with a wretched cough which has made me very sorry for myself all week. Last night I slept all the way through, today I am feeling much better, and I'm so happy! I always forget what a luxury normal health is!

It's kind of odd that long-sightedness doesn't seem to attract the prejudice that disabilities (even minor ones) in general do. I went out by mistake w/o my reading glasses earlier, and just a little bit of checking labels in shops / the list on my phone left me feeling horribly travel sick. (1/?)
