I really think that the problem with having "murder" be your primary verb in video games, while also striving for more mature storytelling, is that you're increasingly boxed in. The instinct becomes to write a story reflecting on your actions, and it's getting very, very old. Angry guy feel sad.

An interesting thing about this episode, chosen to go first, is that it has solid scenes for the supporting cast. It’s McCoy centric — rather than Kirk or Spock — and Uhura, Sulu and Rand all have interesting moments. There’s a real sense of the crew in this one.
