I read the permitting reform bill. As we try to come together, I hope climate folks will look into the role of Tribal Historic Preservation Offices and culture folks will reflect on the source of the HPF funds. I'm extremely concerned.

For two years pople have asked where the opposition party is. We don't see them because they are the same party. All these electeds are there to protect capital, to protect developers. They want to take away our water, our air, our animals, our history. It's one project.

This permitting reform bill will kill S106. And these "journalists" are pro development and obviously know nothing about NHPA. Your communities will have no say in energy projects. Nothing about this is green.

Two bone fragments from the Lake Lida site (210T109) in Otter Tail County, Minnesota, were previously identified as
Mourning Dove (Lenaida macroura). Based on recent reexamination, the identification is now corrected to Passenger Pigeon (Ectopistes migratorius), an extinct bird from the same taxonomic family that I had not considered in the original analysis.

Seven Arizona State men’s hockey players asked the university’s president to place the Sun Devils’ coaching staff on administrative leave pending further investigation into the workout that left sophomore transfer Matthew Mayich on life support.

In a 26-page letter sent to ASU president Michael Crow on Monday and obtained by The Athletic, the players disputed numerous findings from the university’s initial review of the Aug. 20 workout, writing that Mayich did not receive water and was provided inadequate medical care after his collapse.
