There aren’t posting the new template to SciENcv until Sunday I think. So basically you have to regenerate your biosketch after Sunday if you were hoping to submit for the October 5 deadline.

Science peeps: Looks like SciENcv updated the digital certificate used to sign Biosketch and Current & Pending documents without notification. The old certificate expires Saturday, September 26, 2026. SciENcv docs before that date may fail validation in eRA Commons delaying or blocking submission.

I use this (overly simplified) schematic to explain to folks why maintaining high measles immunity is so hard. Even with 100% coverage, you get different outcomes depending on who and when you vaccinate. Consider a population with more kids than adults -- start with them all being susceptible.
