A photo taken in June 2025 at the Yaquina Head Natural Area along the Oregon coast near Newport. A jaunty warbler was near the top of the hill calling out his territory to potential rivals downslope. He is a yellow and olive green bird with ruffled orange crown feathers, and is grasping a slender twig. His beak is open and tongue extended as he gives a full-throated song.
