If you’re exhausted all the time, get curious about the exhaustion. Who were you around? How much did you mask? How much sensory input was there? Were you eating? Were you switching tasks constantly? Were you doing things you enjoyed or things you endured? Exhaustion always has context.

When it's just near freezing, is when people don't dress for it or plan properly on how to avoid it, a small thing going wrong can snowball into hypothermia. Easier than if it had been colder and they'd dressed warmer in response.

A thing I often think about is how people are more likely to die of hypothermia when the weather is near and above freezing, not below freezing. When the weather is bitingly cold, people dress for it, they plan on how to avoid it, etc.

We teach young girls to cover their drinks. Walk with their keys between their knuckles. Dress modestly. Have a buddy system. Yell “fire”. By the time we’re adults we have a novel length list of rules to follow to avoid being raped. Many of us are raped anyways. That’s why we’re enraged.
