It is National Poetry Day in the UK, so for my contribution, I humbly share one of my favourite poems of all time, written by Robert Florence,

sometimes I see ppl's personal posts - or like, posts clearly aimed at their friends - pop up on the For You feed, just because people I follow liked them? I kind of just remind myself I'm accidentally intruding and scroll on past. it could easily be that sort of thing, minus the scrolling past.

We report: there are flocks of birds in the sky at nightfall again. The days are still warm, but they are getting short, enough that we have to look out for the height of the sun in the late afternoons. Our export reminds us that the autumn equinox is in a few days.
