Anyway I did get it for Xmas and it was a pretty fun game! I certainly played the fuck out of it, the way 90s kids did when you had, like, 8 games in your library. I remained pretty miserable for the next 2-3 years, although pre-Uniracers was the nadir, so maybe it really did help.

Also Uniracers is a wild choice, but I was desperately unhappy in Grade 8, probably the most miserable year of my life, and I somehow convinced myself that if I got the Uniracers SNES cartridge for Christmas I would be OK. I don’t know how or why I reached that strange conclusion.
