I remember going to the imperial war museum in london and seeing a playstation in a clear plastic case and next to it was a little plaque explaining that conflict minerals are good because you get playstations
then I went upstairs to the "heroes" exhibit and the very first thing I heard was a looping video where the must upper class posh ass lady your imagination could conjure said "I think heroism is genetic. You can't become a hero this way without it being bred into you"
I went down into the ww1 trench recreation exhibit they had at the time (I am eternally sad they got rid of it, they had simulated gunpowder+piss smell sprays in there guaranteed accurate by real ww1 veterans) and I read the recruitment guidelines used by british officers that literally read, "if the uniform fits, ignore any misgiving you may have about the soldier's true age"
