I'm not sure if it's this way for everyone but you can be going on a kind of extended adrenaline rush period, sometimes for weeks to keep afloat, or get shit done. And then your body and mind pay you back fourfold for it.

Can’t even tell you how many people have told me to just push through. Last time I pushed through was when I worked and I ended up in the hospital. My body cannot tolerate going past my limits for long. It makes me worse.

I believe fraternity hazing and military hazing and sports team hazing where men abuse each other is acclimating them into a broader culture of abuse where they will then believe it is their right to abuse other more vulnerable people. It’s so insidious. And that’s also why I think men defend it

Many of the trans, therian, plural circles that I run around in prove time and time again that it really is as simple as existing in a space that isn't a harmful stereotype and giving people space to explore "wait, theres a word for that?" Its just the "left handedness chart" but for other things.
