andrei bought Great Value brand tissues instead of kleenex and I am here to tell you these are the roughest most unpleasant tissues my nose has ever interacted with. and we have 3 boxes of them. if i get a cold this winter i am going to sand my nose clean off my dang face.

(he's actually doing pretty well lately. his sugar is still pretty high a lot of the time and unfortunately we were unable to get his teeth taken care of because his heart did not like the sedative. but he's gained back the weight he lost and seems like himself most of the time.)

So much of our interaction these days is me testing his blood sugar or giving him shots or giving him medicine or syringe feeding him food, it's extra nice now when he is cuddly and sweet with me and reminds me that he still likes me despite my bugging him all the time.
