4-panel comic by War and Peas. Panel 1: Slutty Witch walks through a supermarket on her phone, her black cat Lord Nibbles at her feet. The vampire remarks, "Looks like everyone's a witch nowadays." Lord Nibbles jumps in his shopping cart. Panel 2: The vampire pushes the shopping cart with the cat inside and says to the witch "You should be glad. Witches are cool now." Panel 3: The vampire happily says, "Just like sucking people off is cool now, too!" Panel 4: Lord Nibbles in the cart looks mortified. "You've GOT to stop calling it that."

Been staring at this sign for thirty-eight hours, no one has yet delivered instructions. Getting thirsty. Don't know how much longer I can last. Someone, please... send instructions.

Bethan's Rock is a small grey stone on display at Poole Museum in Poole, England. It was donated to the museum in 2019 by a five-year-old girl named Bethan, and it has since attracted significant attention on social media and become the museum's most famous object. - Wikipedia

Swiss trains are just on a whole other level. This ordinary IR38 service between St. Moritz and Chur has a “photo compartment with lowerable windows for outdoor shots” and boy does it ever.

The Severnside Sirens are found in 12 locations around the Severn Estuary. Installed in 1997 following a fire at the Avonmouth Docks, they are intended to raise the alarm following an incident involving hazardous materials stored around the Severn. They are tested at 3pm on the 3rd of every month.

I am still a big enough rube to absolutely love when I can see the train I’m on from the train I’m on. Maybe not the most efficient, but Amtrak is still my favorite way to get to Cali from Chicago.

It is an iPhone 5x zoom picture, but it’s also clearly visible with the naked eye. However, line speed is only 40mph for passenger trains and 20mph for freight; and the rollercoaster appearance isn’t noticeable as a passenger.

Near Tczew, the railway passes over the Wisła river and associated flood plain, across a long viaduct. The adjacent road viaduct was not rebuilt after war damage. Apologies for the reflections in the video, the sun was at a most inconvenient angle!
