mowing too early is poor form power tools all day every weekend sucks, non stop noise pollution, but ok roofers starting at 6:30AM with pneumatic hammers right over your bedroom is brutal, esp if you have a hard time finding sleep

well this was good tried cooking the pasta for half the time in water and the other half in the sauce with a bit of cooking water, was nice 8 1/2 hours from start to table, thankfully most of that time was spent doing other things no regrets, don’t know if I’ll try again given the effort
