Polling looks positive for Prop 40. it’s looks bad for Prop 42. Tell your CA family & friends that you vote YES on 40 and NO on 42 (which would undo 40). Deliberately confusing as so many CA props are meant to be. When in doubt just ask what Robin Hood would do. ALWAYS take rich ppl’s money.
