AI can't teach, can't inspire students, can't effectively communicate passion for the art, can't do all the human things that connect us. With software, the results that maths give us are only some of the picture. You need to convince the people holding the money that the whole system has value.

What's the chances of taking the levies of electricity bills and putting them on gas bills? On the one hand it'll make the ratio of electricity to gas much better, making things like heat pumps more affordable, but on the other hand people are still using a lot of gas to heat homes and it's gone up.

The book is Strong Female Character by Fern Brady. There have been several occasions in the past year where friends have asked me if I was autistic and my answer was typically, "probably not." I knew I shared certain traits with autistic friends but I thought it had to do with my anxiety problems.
