I dug up six rolls of 120 film in various boxes I was clearing out and thought I'd send them to @thedarkroomlab.bsky.social to see what was on them. The oldest was this roll of Ilford 100, that is at least 25 years old. It's the Milwaukee Road train shed before renovation. 1/2

This is an absolute travesty. Northwestern has, probably, the 2nd best library collection for African History/Studies in the USA (behind Yale and ahead of MSU, UCLA, etc). A self-inflicted wound that is absolutely, 100% unnecessary given the massive wealth of Northwestern--north of $15 billion.

Border Patrol Cmdr. Greg Bovino has left Minnesota, but
thus far we've seen little evidence that the immigration crack-
down has ramped down here. Part of what has made this occu-
pation so harrowing has been the sheer number of federal
agents who have descended upon us. As many of us demand
that thev withdraw for our community's safety, we must also
insist that they not take their reckless and lawless approach
with them to their next targeted communities or to their home-
towns. Regardless of where these thousands of federal immi-
gration agents eventually go, they will still be our problem as
Americans ifthey continueto trample on civil rights and strive
for xenophobic arrest and deportation quotas.
