Briefly, in this study we use plasma proteomics to construct new and substantially improved risk models for recurrent CVD, which themselves comprise new biomarkers that we can further compress into 5 commercially available protein ELISAs. PRS are well know to have variable performance across ancestries, frequently with a European bias. We looked closely at fairness of PRS for CVD risk prediction, both with PRS on it's own and in an integrated risk score... Our results were surprising... 👉 www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1...

We havent plumbed the tails specifically... I wouldnt be surprised if there was something (an enrichment of GxG) there. I've definitely still got the GxG antennae up (eg www.embopress.org/doi/full/10....) but am on the skeptical side of it improving PGS. I need to hear more about your Medaka work!
