📣 Very excited to share our new preprint! 📣 We asked how genetic variation across the MHC shapes the circulating proteome across ancestries. We find extensive trans-pQTLs, distinct class I/II protein networks, and links between HLA-regulated proteins and diseases. www.medrxiv.org/content/10.6...
