Rave review of my cooking from my 88 year old landlady (my apartment is her basement and we share food somewhat regularly)

Landlady: Words are not enough to tell you how much I loved the chickens and potatoes. Did you add some herbs. If so they added to the taste. The people who dine at the chop house, or whatever it's name is, would gloat if I t wa prepared for them. It would have to be in individual baking dishes with a fancy name and patrons would go wild over it. It's even better than the last dish you made with scalloped potatoes. That one was excellent. I have some for another meal. Yay!🎖️🎖️gold stars award.

Me: Just parsley and thyme. Glad you enjoyed!

Landlady: Actually, that's what I thought.
