initial @frame.work 13 pro impressions: excellent packaging, documentation, and the keyboard feels outstanding. Screen is nice and bright and chassis feels great. Coming from a MBR to this and so far very happy. I love purple hardware, it reminds us computers should be fun #framework

i think im generally sold on everything you build should first be written in golang until it works, then it should be re-written in rust. the iteration speed is just much better in go but there are usually some good benefits of not just rust, but doing a full rewrite after completion anyway

a weird inversion with LLMs is the models improve faster than the tinkerers when i see people with custom workflows and setups they're all addressing problems that don't exist anymore the person naively using vanilla codex is more likely to be experiencing state of the art

I've had my ZSA Moonlander since 2021. I normally rotate between keyboards but the point is well outside of any type of warranty I reached out to ZSA for a replacement part and they offered it at a fair price, but also suggested a DIY repair article. Long story short I repaired the keyboard myself

Just got the steam controller and it feels great! Being able to program a second puck memory slot is awesome. I wish I had the option to purchase a second one at the original purchase but now I know. Backpack mode is pretty smart as well.
