SFA explaining that it's a factual decision that the ball is out is farcical. The image they use to make that factual decision simply doesn't show 100% that the whole ball is over the line. It is anything but factual. It's entirely subjective. A guess by the VAR official

Seeing Chip Carter's beautiful eulogy is reminding me of a fancy-people thing that I never learned until well into adulthood. Chip is a nickname for a guy named after his dad.
