I watched a pup die from parvo when I was a kid. Horrible way to go. My 1st foster pup came from a rural pound and nearly died of parvo. The rescue org had to fundraise to pay his vet bills. Not vaccinating pets is cruel. Mind you, parvo outbreaks were common in rural pounds years ago too.

This made me mutter "fucking hell" 10x in a row. My 20yo daughter's pain was dismissed by drs for years before she ended up having emergency surgery to deal with a serious fallopian tube infection. She thinks the Provera injections may have triggered it but feels no one will care to investigate.

I adopted my younger dog nearly a year ago and only discovered today she's really scared of heavy rain. She got in the car but looked miserable and then it was a struggle to persuade her to make the dash back to the front door. She scored a pig's ear so she's fine now. But no walk.
