Labor’s 5% deposit scheme conned 1st homebuyers into massive debt & many risk owing the bank. The Greens want big banks to be required to offer low-interest mortgages for 1st homebuyer owner-occupiers so more early repayments go to paying off the loan, not to bank profits.

The 'informal supports' bullshit is the worst. Just because family lives nearby doesn't mean they help or you can call on them. I have just me but NDIS use my other children as a reason to not allow for other supports. They are killing carers and those with disabilities.

I applied for a review last month for my daughter's plan. I sent in a new FCA showing she needs significant assistance. With these changes I fear we will end up with a new plan worse and more inadequate than the one she already had.
