The Library of Virginia has come out with guidance on AI and the Public Records Act. The gist of it is that if the AI is used to conduct government business, then the chat/prompt/AI-generated record is a public record and must adhere to a records retention schedule #ai #recordsmanagement

I'm sick of psychologist and therapist websites telling me that them not taking insurance is actually a benefit to me. I get why many places don't, but lets all be honest with each other: a lot of us don't have an extra $600 a month, so those "benefits" only go to the already financially secure.

TV writers were right in 2023 and are being proven more right every day — there was a stable television model that made everyone lots of money and put out good shows. Then execs with no understanding of the industry confused the production model and the distribution model, and they blew it all up.
