The fact that technology could be used to build both an anti-racist or racist chat bot actually proves that yes, the underlying tech is unbiased. Humans introduce bias into those datasets. 030

Usually when political and business leaders want to use a software product etc to hide behind terrible and immoral decisions. Such as cutting medical and welfare treatments.
