my elisp parser with readtables is done! and now I can splice sublanguages into arbitrary elisp forms which of course instantly exposed one or two bugs in my polymode syntax highlighting for sublanguages, the biggest being that it enters into an infinite loop if the sublanguage quote is all on […]

Tonight's Low Quality Ad is for this "Eat, Drink, and be Scary" Felt Banner. I think it is offensive to call skeletons scary. This one is just trying to host a nice dinner party. Maybe he thinks humans are scary. I'd argue that skin is creepier than bones. collabs.shop/vsylud
A Halloween-themed pennant banner with a black center on an off-white background. The text reads "EAT, DRINK, &" at the top and "BE SCARY!" at the bottom. In the middle, a skeleton sits at a laden table with pumpkins, candles, and food, holding a glass. An orange bat is illustrated below the bottom text.

my emacs language workbench is about to get an emacs lisp reader with real actual readtables and reader macros, which is exciting the built-in reader is written in C and faster than anything I can do in lisp, so I dispatch to that for anything that’s not in the readtable

Let's put all that together.

I claim that most women have a “deep” preference for nonconsent in dating/mating. It’s not just a kink; from the first approach to a date to sex, women typically want to not have to consent to what's happening.

collectively forgets how absolutely heinously evil tom cruise is 1/3

He's not just in a cult, he is best friends with the insane abusive leader of
the cult. They go on vacations together. Said leader made his wife an
un-person because she didn't like Tom as much as he did. Cruise's
house is cleaned and serviced by the underpaid “clergy” of said cult
who cannot leave. 2/3

Like yeah most of the wealthy in Hollywood are bad in one way or
