As a JP-PT translator, I hate the word 暴れる and everything derived from it. Why don't we have a nice, direct translation for this word in Portuguese, like English has with "rampage"? I have to keep coming up with different ways to get the meaning across every single time!!

Awhile back my team translated a game demo, and if it did well the full game would be made. And we've recently heard that it's going ahead. The dev had tons of praise for our translation because the players loved it. Most important feedback? Players loved that it clearly *wasn't* AI translation.

Been interested in running some more of the game translator / rom-hacker Q&As. There are a few other new-ish Dragon Ball game translations out there, and each one I look into ultimately has some note somewhere about "oh yeah I'm AI translating this." Ain't giving any time or space to that shit.
