If you gave more artists a basic income and created some public venues (and conference centres, yay conventions) people would be able to afford art. Also 16 year olds are not, in general, interested in art, and those that are come from families who can afford it.

I occasionally watch/listen to Ancient Astronaut TV shows to vent some spleen and as background while I mostly concentrate on Duolingo and I have some notes. Yes it's hella racist, but now it's turned to an undercurrent of humans are dumb, aliens are the source of all inspiration...1/2

I had blood tests recently and my thyroid is unhappy. Doctor today and she strongly suspects Hashimotos but the diagnosis has to be from a specialist. It explains many things that have been going on recently, including hearing, heart, overheating and sight.

Off today. One of the first things I need to do is sterilise and clean my night grinder because the Colgate Sensitive apparently has the ingredients or mix of ingredients that caused me mouth problems before. My mouth feels slimy and raw. Back to the Arm & Hammer toothpaste that seems to be fine.

It's not a nostepine, it's a prototype belaying pin made for the Asgard II by my dad. I took it and I wonder if nostepines were broken belaying pins repurposed. The project is the 10 stitch blanket made from leftover mostly husbandly blue dominant sock yarns. Perfect car knitting
