My warrior largely has the perfect mog so I never make alt outfits for him. Instead I just have 6 of the same outfit where the back and weapons change between 1h axe, 2h spear, and now glaives. And I gotta say the glaives look really cool with the heritage back piece.

They don't want what makes comic books great -- which is a throughline, start to finish, and archetypes that wear their hearts on their sleeve. Ignoring graphic novels and more nuanced takes on characters the ideal for a comic book character is a trope. Warcraft used to be this. It no longer is.

I've said this before it's quite literally the disconnect between comic book writing (their claimed inspiration) and comic book movie writing (their actual inspiration). They want their 'avengers assemble' moments, their 'i am no man' moments, and their 'tragic' loss of (unimportant) characters.

A big part of my interest in WoW Forever is that I believe that Retail's lore is just pointless to care about now. The lore and worldbuilding for the things I'm even remotely interested in with WoW are basically just toxic sludge. I need a vaguely fresh narrative restart divorced from the baggage.
