Finally back to the gym and FUCK did I lose a lot of muscle mass. Feels like I'm back to the lifts I did as a gangly teenager first learning to bench. Putting muscle back on usually isn't too too hard with some consistency, but it feels wild having my pecs be sore after just DB press for reps.

While moving to New Hampshire has been great, I miss having gym partners. Felt like having someone keep me accountable and spot big lifts helped with progression when i was doing compound movements. If any gamers in the Nashua/Hudson area wanna get swole, I'm down!
