I was talking with a 9th grade student after school today. She's a kid that 100% would be scared of her own shadow and trying to hide all day. She was like that last spring at the first marching band rehearsals. But now her marching band experience has flipped the script. Very confident kid.

We use a tripod for the PA speaker in marching band rehearsals. I have a colleague who just can't seem to understand how a tripod works. He sets up the tripod with the legs too wide so the center is touching the ground. Stupidly annoying
