There is no strict criterion for what a relevant pdf is, you could put anything you want in (eg a giant folder of mollusc development papers), but most of our optimization has been around handling the challenges that arise when analyzing systematic/ morphology/ taxonomy papers.

Check the brilliant work by Sanjay Narayanaswamy in Nature Comm. www.nature.com/articles/s41.... He established a scalable Gastruloid protocol and showed that in gastruloids of Nematostella axial polarity and germ layer restoration and sorting depends on a Notch-Wnt signaling feedback loop.

Great work by PhD student Patricio Ferrer Murguia. His paper reporting the twist mutant in Nematostella is out: doi.org/10.1242/dev.... twist is required to form secondary tentacles, via localized FGFR and mTOR signaling. Later, mutants form stunning epithelial neoplasia with tentacle identity.

someone in the lab needs to use the PrepCell and apparently i am the last person to have used it 🙃. Needless to say there is a lot of sceptisism. But i have the receipts! Had to explain about degassing polyacrylamide, and analog recorders! lets see whether we can get this puppy to work.
