actually it's really not similar to the original series at all. it takes place in the middle of season 1 and season 2. nancy and steve aren't relevant. they add a completely new character to the friend group who feels like someone's self insert character. but? i like it and i support animation 👀

i think it's funny and sad that they just dropped the 2nd season of the animated stranger things series and i haven't seen people talk about it. the art style is similar to arcane's painted art style and the voice actors sound the same. they even canonically made hawkins an old mining town. lore

mamdani's free pre-k initiative is so incredibly helpful for parents when pre-k can cost families in indiana, a low COL state, $240-$300 a week. can't even imagine what it would cost in NYC 😱 this is something parents need in order to work and its something a lot ofpeople have to put on credit cards

man my student loan payments are paused because of the big storms we received, and cool, but it won't even show me what i owe. i think this unfortunately highly benefits private loan companies because it allows the loans to further skyrocket out of control because of predatory private loan rates
