When I was like seven or eight, I went to a neighbourhood kid's birthday party. They were playing Halloween V on the TV and parents either weren't around or just didn't give a shit. I walked into the living room right as the farmhouse scene was happening. That messed me up for a good, long while.

Welsh is a deeply unserious language. I was doing a Duolingo lesson and forgot the word for "smoke" so I just decided "Let's just guess 'smokio'. Fuck it." I was right. Also: I wasn't even right because I looked it up and it's an informal way to say it. Duolingo is also deeply unserious.
