alphazeroでmojoという比較的シンプルなカードゲームを完全情報のもとで学習して、サンプリングして不完全情報に対応するというのをやったんだけど、人間よりだいぶ弱い。 claudeでサクッと作れたけど完成度6割から10割に持ってくのがAIでは無理ゲー

一時期なにをやっても「ディープラーニングの手法と比較しろ」と言われていた時代があってつらかったけど、今は「生成 AI と比較しろ」と言われるだけで、テキトーなプロンプト書いて全然ダメでしたと言えばいいだけなのでいい時代になった。

Nospareの因果推論フォーラム、ビジネス側からの発表あんま面白くなかったような…。因果推論あまり関係ないし、生成AIのまとめのような、日常ツイートまとめのような内容じゃった。Nospareの有料セミナーはアカデミックに尖っててかなり良いのにどうしてこうなった。

最近はWindowsのWSL2上のRStudio Serverで開発するようになった。外出先でもスマホからtailscaleのVPN経由で接続し、ブラウザでRStudio Server見れるので、Rも書けるし実行もできるし、quartoで文書も音声認識で書ける。便利や。

This study introduces a new R package, occumb, for the convenient application of site occupancy modeling using environmental DNA (eDNA) metabarcoding data. We outline a data analysis workflow, including data setup, model fitting, model assessment, and comparison of potential study settings based on model predictions, all of which can be performed using the package. An example application targeting aquatic insects highlights the effectiveness of using biological replicates to minimize false-negative results in species detection.

ちなみに外部接続キーボードの凝ったキーバインドをAndroid上で実現するのはできた。ShizukuをGitHubのreleaseからダウンロードしてきてインストール→(通知ミュートはずして)ワイヤレスデバッグにペアリング→Shizukuの起動→Key Mapper & Floating Buttonsで設定。変換キー＋spaceをShift押しっぱなしに、変換キー＋jを↓に割り当てたりできる。
