Understanding Trump's Russia oil deal is simple once you know that Putin invited Jared Kuschner and Steve Witkoff to participate in a buy-out of Russia's oil giant, LukOil. LukOil stock is currently almost worthless due to sanctions, but if they are lifted (wink, wink) it will be worth $billions.
