Uncovering molecular mechanisms of longevity in an 116yo woman by multiomics profiling. She had 3 CHIP mutations (2 TET2 mutations and 1 SF3B1) but she had a remarkably high composition of memory T cells and B cells in her 🩸. How many distinct #HSC clones did she have? tinyurl.com/SuperagerM116
