You know what - I'm calling this one done. Not the best Monogram kit I've ever built - the '91 ZR1 was better - but it looks the part (if you don't look too closely). Expect another Corvette for Build Fifteen, but more on that later.

So, after a considerable pause I'm back with the airbrush and hitting up this PM Model Beechcraft Model 18, one of my favourite aeroplanes. She's going to be finished as a "what if" in civil aviation service.

These PE sand ladders (?) are quite nice and have an extra level of detail over and above the kit parts…I imagine the ‘teeth’ on the edges helped with grip into the sand/earth? Anyway they will definately be going on…I have turned a 3 day build into at least a fortnights work but ho hum…
