Ok, to make this work: (a) museums will need extended opening hours, say until 10pm or midnight (b) it can't be the whole museum, or you wouldn't crawl. Maybe one floor, or one exhibition (c) the museum will need to do a tie-in, either public programming, or their cafe/bistro doing a deal (or both)
