in anticipation of mitchellh's superlogical terminal multiplexer (demos: x.com/mitchellh) I have vibed a CLI for manipulating ghostty through applescript
this lets agents split a pane to show a live task tracker in a markdown file with glow (github.com/charmbracele...)

gpane simplification
Goal: trim bin/gpane.ts (rev qzksvqzu) without changing behavior. Work in revs on top for review. 3, 4, 5, 7 are squashed into qzksvqzu.
## Candidates
[✓] 1. Resize new split with resizeSplit (tylzyppm)
• --size path calls resizeSplit after the split instead of the split AppleScript doing it. -14 lines. Tested a 30% split live.
[✓] 3. axis() helper (squashed)
• Replaces the repeated up || down / left || right checks. Also dropped an unused extent in planResize.
[✓] 4. Shared combine() for size arithmetic (squashed)
• Used by candidates() in inferLayout and by treeSize.
