Is it just me, or is a fried egg on salad a tad weird? Bacon yes, for sure, and generally speaking a dish is improved by popping a fried egg on top, but in this instance I remain to be convinced. I'll give it a try though.

Donated medical supplies are making a difference to wounded soldiers and civilians at Ternopil Regional Clinical Hospital in Ukraine. 🇺🇦 The hospital cares for wounded soldiers as well as local people. It’s so busy that many surgeons and doctors sleep there and go home just one day a week.
