I have been wondering about dreams lately, too. I don't have the time in my life to do more than to dip into wiki & its links, so this is mainly my anecdotal suspicion. Dreams are slippery & I have woken from plenty I can't remember later. I suspect "most people" dream a lot more than they remember.
