No but seriously, the 'I don't care, fuck you' workaround is an in-a-pinch coping method, not processing. It's also not sustainable. And living your life at a distance from others to try to avoid emotional catastrophe is, from experience, going to fuck your life up so bad. I'm all in on 'treatable'

What if RSD is not specifically a part of being AuDHD but is in fact a common expression of C-PTSD due to being raised with compounding unmet needs? Like, hypersensitive emotions + insufficient comfort/safety-in-post means feelings of hurt/guilt/rejection never have time/resources to process, ever.
