I started a glp-1 injection last week and so far my body fucking hates this. I haven't had more than a cup of oatmeal since Saturday and even the 2 nutrition shakes burp up for HOURS afterward like I'm some kind of overfed baby. Making stir fry vegetables last week was the worst idea of my life

Spectrum raised my internet rate to $100/month for their baseline service with no explanation what this was getting me other than "increased costs" Apparently the baseline cost is actually $85 and because I complained about being overbilled at $90 now it's $80 on a promotional rate for 12 months.

This stretch of HWY 28 has to be 99th% for visible road length. On flat ground a 6 ft person can only see 3 mi because of the curvature of the earth. But between Mud Lake & Salmon, there's 20 miles of concave, perfectly straight highway that you can see until it just disappears into air pollution.

A perfectly straight stretch of highway that disappears into the horizon at the base of some looming purple mountains.
